Problems in Barranquilla

Barranquilla is a beautiful city, with a nice climate, nice people and a lot of things to do. But in this city there are also some problems, one of these are the flash floods. I think this only happens in Barranquilla, so it is probably that if you don't live in this city, you couldn't imagine what i'm talking about.

Contextualizing the problem, when it rains the flash floods appears. The force of this current is considerably high, it could seewp along cars and even people. Is like an small river into the city, so you can't go out while is raining. But this is not the real problem, the problem is there are persons who think that the flash floods are a dumping. These people wait until the flash flood is enough swollen and then throw their trash.

Also there are imprudent people who challenge the force of nature and go into the flash flood. The most of these people ends into the Magdalena river. Also they do this with their cars, or the buses.

But finally the flash floods are part of my beautiful city, and we have to learn how to deal with them. Because we and our imprudent behaviour are the real problem.
